Key Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a Key Maintenance Technician who can perform various tasks related to building maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge and skills in the following areas:
- Powerwashing
- Lightbulb replacement
- Painting
- Trash & Litter Patrol
- Light Drywall
- Plumbing Knowledge
- Gutter Cleaning
- Minor Locksmithing
- Electrical Knowledge
- Plastering
The candidate should also be able to lift at least 50 lbs and handle routine inspections.
In addition, the candidate should be able to perform minor repairs and lead deep cleanings, including light fixture cleaning, pressure washing, and carpet cleaning.
