Now Hiring: Assistant Restaurant Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead and oversee the daily operations of our full-service restaurant, including the dining room, bar, and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations
Deliver and maintain a high standard of guest service and hospitality at all times
Motivate, train, and manage staff with confidence and consistency
Uphold service, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the venue
Collaborate on in-house promotions, events, and community engagement efforts
Assist in promoting the restaurant on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) by helping develop content ideas, capturing photos/videos, and engaging with the online community

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in full-service restaurant and bar management (fast food or quick-service experience will not be considered)
Strong leadership skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Must be outgoing, energetic, and committed to delivering a world-class guest experience
Familiarity with using social media to boost customer engagement and drive traffic is highly valued
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Willingness to work long shifts—55 to 60 hours per week, including weekends and some holidays
Must be comfortable being on the floor, interacting with staff and guests—not just behind a desk

We’re looking for leaders who lead by example—people who care about the details, take pride in their work, and love being part of a thriving team. If you’ve got the experience, the energy, and the passion, we want to meet you!
