TEAM MEMBER
What you’ll do:
- Take orders, process sales, handle cash, and resolve customer issues
- Prepare products and maintain food quality
- Monitor service equipment
- Keep a clean and safe work environment per Labor Board, OSHA, and company standards
- Unload, stock, and maintain inventory
- Champion recognition and motivation efforts
Requirements:
- At least 16 years of age
- Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
- Team player committed to customer satisfaction
- Completion of training certification
SHIFT SUPERVISOR
What you’ll do:
- Lead shifts and drive customer satisfaction through the KFC Connect Success Routine
- Oversee Team Members’ shift tasks and appearance standards
- Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy
- Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
- Train, coach, and give constructive feedback to Team Members
- Handle conflicts and partner with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) on resolution
- Report Team Member performance to the RGM and help screen candidates
- Support P&L management through cash control, security, inventory, and labor management
- Help the RGM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- 1 year of restaurant or retail experience; 3 months of shift lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Follows cash, security, inventory, and labor policies
- Promotes KFC’s culture and values, including equity, inclusion, and belonging
ALL POSITIONS REQUIRE
- Dependable, reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills
- Attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills and cash register operation, including making change
- Commitment to health and safety standards and a positive experience for customers and teammates
