What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with client representatives and fleet service providers to ensure policies, procedures, and reporting formats are implemented effectively.
- Acknowledge client inquiries, collect and process work orders, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
- Organize and maintain work orders, proposals, department files, and vendor submissions related to fleet and operational needs.
- Monitor external activities, such as waste disposal, recycling compliance, and other on-site operations.
- Follow instructions, respond to correspondence, and seek clarification when needed to deliver high-quality results.
- Address inquiries and complaints professionally, maintaining clear communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Solve straightforward issues using established procedures while following defined processes under supervision.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all assigned tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of facility operations.
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of job-related experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License is required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
- Ability to follow established routines, standards, and work processes.
- Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
- Basic math skills to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
- Prior vehicle fleet management experience is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
