Position Summary: Server

Servers at Field & Main are responsible for delivering thoughtful, high-quality dining experiences that reflect our mission and values. This role extends beyond service, it is about creating meaningful connections with guests and contributing to a culture of respect, professionalism, and teamwork.Key Responsibilities

Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and intuitive service that creates memorable guest experiences
Maintain a strong understanding of menu offerings, wine and beverage programs, and sourcing philosophy
Uphold service standards with consistency, precision, and care
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service stations
Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative work environment
Support team members and overall restaurant operations with a spirit of generosity and accountability

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per week
