As a Bartender at Narman, you'll be the magical mixologist, whipping up unforgettable experiences for our guests! Responsibilities
- Utilize POS systems to accurately process customer orders and payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Adhere to food safety standards while handling and serving food items.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts.
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell menu items and increase revenue.
- Apply fine dining experience to create a high-quality dining experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in POS systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Strong customer service skills with experience in fine dining and banquet settings
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management
- Previous experience in bartending, serving, and cash handling
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and a passion for the food industry
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
