Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Fraiche DC in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast POS system.
- Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation.
- Manage guest relations by addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Buss tables efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for the next guests.
- Maintain knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order delivery.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including sanitizing surfaces as needed.
- Exhibit excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables effectively during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to help create memorable dining experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on hospitality and teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
