The Restaurant Server provides exceptional service to guests by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience. The server is responsible for delivering food and drinks accurately and promptly, maintaining a clean and organized dining area, and upholding the standards of service expected by the restaurant.
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu items, including dietary restrictions and ingredient information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays of food for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a team and provide exceptional guest service.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
- Standing and walking for long periods of time.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds (e.g., food trays, dishware, etc.).
