Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing them with menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using OpenTable or other point-of-sale systems.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the service area.
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience through attentive service and upselling techniques.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the restaurant.
Compensation:
- An hourly rate of $17.50 for training
- $10+ tips post training
