About the Role
As a Bartender & Server, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier hospitality, ensuring our members and guests have an unparalleled experience. Whether crafting signature cocktails, recommending menu pairings, or providing exceptional table service, you’ll be a key player in Manifest’s commitment to excellence.
What You’ll Do
As a Server:
- Provide exceptional table service, from greeting guests to ensuring tables are impeccably set.
- Assist with menu recommendations, take accurate orders, and deliver food and drinks promptly.
- Anticipate guest needs, ensuring their experience is smooth and enjoyable.
- Handle payments with precision and encourage membership signups.
- Maintain a clean and organized section.
As a Bartender:
- Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, wines, and beers, with precision and flair.
- Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and educating them about menu items.
- Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and ensure compliance with ID verification.
- Maintain a well-stocked, clean, and organized bar area.
- Collaborate with servers to fulfill drink orders for the dining area.
Who You Are
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Knowledgeable about safe food and beverage handling practices.

What You Bring
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- A thorough understanding of menu offerings and ingredients (or willingness to learn).
- Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
Physical Requirements
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (e.g., trays or drink cases).
