Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and guest preferences, ensuring the highest quality.
- Maintain a pristine and organized bar area, ensuring the cleanliness of glassware, utensils, and equipment to uphold standards of excellence.
- Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with patrons, accurately taking orders, and providing expert recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcoholic beverages, strictly adhering to responsible serving protocols and compliance with legal regulations.
- Assist in the seamless coordination of food service, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines and maintaining the integrity of the culinary offerings.
- Efficiently operate the Aloha POS system for accurate order entry, processing, and payment transactions.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of food orders to guests seated at the bar.
- Continuously expand knowledge of emerging drink trends, new recipes, and seasonal menu offerings to elevate the overall guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus.
- Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
- Compensation:
- An hourly rate of $17.50 for training
- $10+ tips post training
