Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Operations & Staging Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who combines a passion for organization with a knack for efficient operational management.
Responsibilities:
- Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, staging preparation, and warehouse maintenance to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
- Efficiently operate the day-to-day activities of our staging warehouse, ensuring all processes are carried out with precision and organization.
- Implement and use inventory software, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of staging items.
- Conduct comprehensive quarterly inventory audits.
- Maintain and update item files, ensuring all details are current and accurate.
- Assist in various aspects of home staging, including prep, execution, and destaging processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless project execution and meet company standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail or warehouse management.
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in inventory software and Microsoft Office Suite.
