Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are accurately fulfilled and presented.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
- Support banquet services as needed, ensuring guest satisfaction during events.
- Handle food items safely and adhere to all food handling guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries or requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food service role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food handling standards is beneficial.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Compensation:
- An hourly rate of $17.50 for training
- $10+ tips post training
