Pitango Gelato & Cafe located in Adams Morgan is looking to add to our team! We are a high paced cafe that serves breakfast and lunch and have served the DC community for over 5 years. We are looking for someone who has a passion for fresh authentic ingredients. This position will require fantastic customer service and team work.
Job will include a variety of tasks including :
- Baking pastries for the day
- Baking bread for the day
- Sandwich preparation
- Salad preparation
- Stocking retail items
- Keeping a properly sanitized and food safe environment.
- Using deli slicer daily
- Sharping of knives
Requirements:
- Previous knife skills
- Customer service experience
- Great team work and multitasking abilities
- Evening and weekend availability
- Previous cashier experience is a plus
