- Join Our Culinary Team: Prep Cook and Cook Positions Available
We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our kitchen team in the roles of Prep Cook and Line Cook. As a vital part of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Kitchen Cleanliness: Ensure the kitchen facility is kept clean and organized at all times, adhering to sanitation guidelines.
- Ingredient Preparation: Follow recipe methodologies and procedures to prepare ingredients, including washing, chopping, and measuring.
- Cooking and Presentation: Execute high-quality dishes according to operational needs, ensuring proper cooking techniques and presentation standards.
- Support During Service: Assist cooks by removing dirty items and trash from the hotline during service to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the team to order supplies as needed.
- Adherence to Safety Standards: Comply with all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work with integrity and passion, contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of cooking methods and procedures.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Food Handler Certification or any other relevant kitchen certification is plus (Line cooks must have food handlers license, other kitchen certification is a plus)

LINE-COOKS $19-22 per hour
