We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone systems, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate medical scheduling, ensuring timely patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Process medical collections efficiently while adhering to clinic policies.
- Utilize health information management systems to update patient records accurately.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records and scanning.
Requirements
- Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and health information management practices.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic office equipment.
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge in the rheumatology field a plus but not necessary.
