The Wharf Location - 663 Water St SW and the Navy Yard Location - 1250 Half St SE

WHAT YOU WILL DO ON A SHIFT
1. Greet and engage and connect with every customer the moment they enter our location and make them feel like they are welcomed by providing excellent customer service and brand knowledge.
2. Communicate with our guests in a way that demonstrates the excellence of the Kilwins brand! We expect you to be outgoing, honest, and knowledgeable about our product.
3. Answer customer questions and makes sales suggestions.
4. Be able to provide knowledge of Kilwins history and products.
5. Learn to use our POS (register) system and check customers out quickly and accurately.
6. Perform general cleaning duties throughout the shift and at the end of the shift.
7. Merchandise and maintain displays according to Kilwins Brand Standards.
8. Prepare and make waffle cones. How fun!
9. Create and serve quality chocolates, fudge, and ice cream for others to enjoy.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
1. Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
2. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
3. All people who apply must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed. If you can't work nights and weekends, you may not want to apply. Time off requests are always welcomed and reviewed on a first come, first serve basis.
