We’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support our account managers and ownership team in preparing for upcoming events. If you enjoy being part of a collaborative, food-loving team and thrive in a detail-oriented environment, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Print event labels and proposals
Order event staff and rental equipment
Maintain and update event equipment sheets
Print run-of-show and proposal updates as needed
Assist with packing for events
Conduct proposal follow-ups with clients and vendors
Provide general administrative and logistical support to the team

What We're Looking For:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, proactive, and a team player
Basic computer and printing skills
Strong communication skills (email and phone)
Ability to work in-person in our Alexandria, VA office

Schedule & Growth Opportunity:

15–20 hours per week to start
Flexible hours, with more availability needed during peak event times
Opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and company needs
