About the Role:
Looking to get your foot in the door with a growing trade? We're hiring
entry-level Apprentice Elevator Installer (Pre-Apprentice Level) to join our team. No elevator experience? No problem. If you're reliable, physically capable, and willing to learn, we’ll train you. There’s
plenty of room to grow into more technical roles over time.
What You’ll Do:
- Help our elevator crews on job sites
- Move materials (rails, tools, cables, etc.)
- Keep the work area safe and clean
- Assist with prep work and demolition when needed
- Follow directions from the lead mechanic or supervisor
- Learn the basics of elevator systems and installation over time
Who We’re Looking For:
- You show up on time and ready to work
- You can lift heavy things (75 lbs and over) and don’t mind getting dirty
- You’re not afraid of heights, tight spaces, or construction sites
- You’re open to learning and want to grow in the trade
- You’re respectful, work well on a team, and can take direction
- You have a driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Willing to travel for work
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- General labor or construction experience
- Forklift or rigging skills
- OSHA 10 or 30 card (If not, will be enrolled upon employment)
