We are actively hiring for a new Entry Level Assistant Manager position to join our team focusing on the new world of technology and account management! This is an entry level role that focuses on working with customers in retail stores to identify their wireless and mobility needs and managing their accounts for set up and upgrades. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will work front facing with customers and build relationships that make an impact on customers communication services. As an Entry Level Assistant Manager, will also learn the sales process to complete orders, collaborating directly with senior managers in the retail stores and be the engine behind developing business approaches.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Communicate with potential and existing customers in retail stores providing tailored customer service details to meet individual needs
- Discuss the differences between wireless services available including the type of device and monthly billing plans
- Demonstrate in store sales presentations, upselling services, and acquiring new accounts as an Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Manage store and set up keeping the area clean, professional, and welcoming for customers to approach
- Work closely with other team members to improve wireless performance and customer retention
- Attend daily team meetings and training sessions to gain extensive knowledge on services to be expand skill level as an Entry Level Assistant Manager
- Track performance, submit customer data, and maintain accurate account records
Entry Level Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills working in our retail environment with customers
- A passion for sales, customer connection, and learning new skills to further your career
- Confidence working in-person with customers in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience in a retail environment is a plus but not essential
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales or hospitality role is also a bonus
- Able to commute to our office location and retail stores if applicable
- Time management and reliable
