Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service.
Assist in managing inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or requests.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages.
Adhere to all food safety regulations and health standards within the food industry.

Skills

Proficiency in bartending techniques and knowledge of various drink recipes.
Strong understanding of food safety practices within the restaurant environment.
Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong communication skills to interact positively with customers and staff alike.
Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants is preferred but not required.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $11.25 - $20.79 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
