Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and build rapport.
- Process orders efficiently using cash registers or Aloha POS systems.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and ordering supplies as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Skills
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or nightclub environment.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Familiarity with cash register operations and Aloha POS systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine pairings, and beverage presentation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Sales skills to promote drink specials and enhance the guest experience.
