Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office/clinicL Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing excellent administrative support. This position requires strong computer literacy and proficiency in various software applications.

Duties

Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally.
Provide support for office management tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Utilize Google Doc, sheets for document creation, data entry, and collaboration with team members.
Act as a personal assistant to senior staff as required, handling various administrative tasks.

Requirements

Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Suite; experience with other office management software is a plus.
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
