Role Overview

We are seeking an Administrative Associate to support our team. This role will involve a mix of administrative support, client service, workflow management, and light marketing coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and client meeting prep
Manage workflows for clients and organize internal google drive
Support compliance tasks –keep up on changes in industry
Assist with marketing initiatives, local outreach, business development, and event coordination
Help identify process improvements and take initiative on projects that improve client experience
Provide general office management and administrative support for the team including outside vendors,Quality control public facing content and publications

Qualifications

Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Eager to grow and contribute to marketing efforts of the business
Tech-savvy — comfortable with digital work, learning new software quickly (experience with CRM systems, Google Workspace, or marketing platforms a plus).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior Admin/Executive Admin Experience a plus
