Job Description:
- Performs routine work in all phases of grounds maintenance.
- May operate a variety of equipment.
- Assists higher level trades technicians or higher-level craft personnel who are performing a combination of trades assignments
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of methods and general procedures of applicable trade or grounds maintenance techniques.
- Working skill in the use of equipment and tools.
- Valid Driver's License may be required.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Experience Required:
- Some mechanical experience and facility maintenance experience.
Education Required:
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
