JOB TITLE – Administrative Assistant

SCOPE & PURPOSE

Under the daily direction of the Property Manager, the Administrative Assistant will assist with the day-to-day operation of the property.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties & responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

Responsible for processing tax credit recertifications;
Assisting with all aspects of leasing, including application process and paperwork;
Addressing residents’ concerns;
Posting and depositing payments;
Office essentials, such as filing, answering phones; etc.;
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have impeccable customer service skills and experience.
As this position requires the Administrative Assistant to be the first point of contact for current and prospective residence, must be personable, friendly, inviting, understanding, patient, and kind.
