Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold service standards.
- Develop strong hourly team members.
- Foster a collaborative team culture.
- Build and manage weekly schedules.
- Analyze operations using P&L, audits, and performance metrics.
- Conduct regular line checks to ensure food quality, accuracy, and speed.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ Years Restaurant Management Experience
- High volume fast casual or full service restaurant experience of $2.5M+
- Ability to help manage and run a profitable restaurant.
- Able to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
