Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies, adhering to food safety standards.
- Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for efficient order processing and cash handling.
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and promoting a safe environment.
- Restock bar supplies regularly, track inventory levels, and communicate needs promptly to management.
- Collaborate with team members during events like banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service in various settings.
Skills
- Proven experience as a bartender with strong food service background.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and proper food handling techniques to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with legal regulations; familiarity with beverage brewing is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days; retail math skills beneficial for inventory control.
