Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional, executive-level office setting
- Support daily office operations including supplies, vendors, and inventory
- Handle mail and shipping coordination
- Prepare expense reports and assist with basic budgeting tasks
- Manage conference room scheduling and meeting logistics
- Coordinate office-wide schedules, meals, and intern program support
- Assist with office relocations and space planning as needed
- Create and edit presentations and administrative documents
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative or office support experience, preferably in a private-sector setting
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, with advanced Excel skills required
- Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Professional, personable, and service-focused demeanor
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Familiarity with expense and collaboration tools
