Revolt, an LGBTQ+ nightclub on U Street, is hiring bartenders to join our permanent team. We’re looking for hospitality-driven individuals who care about great service, clean and organized work, and creating a welcoming environment for every guest. Our Merry Christmas Bar pop-up is currently drawing strong crowds, which is why we’re expanding our team now.
Responsibilities
- Perform all standard opening and closing procedures
- Deliver warm, efficient, guest-focused service
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in cocktail preparation
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked throughout service
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible service protocols
- Work collaboratively with the full bar team to keep service smooth and consistent
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with Toast POS
- Experience in high-volume bars or nightclubs
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
