Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Recruitment and Credentialing Specialist Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's human resources functions, ensuring effective recruitment and credentialing. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage various HR processes while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Provide recruitment support: posting and managing job Ads, screen resumes, schedule and coordinate interviews, etc.
- Provide credentialing support: Collect and organize provider documents, verify credentials with State Board, monitor expiration dates, etc.
- Assist with data entry and provider profile setup on ePREP portal
- Assist with the coordination of international recruitment efforts
- Provide overall support to Recruitment and Credentialing Specialist
- Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including maintaining employee records and handling confidential information.
Skills
- Proficiency in HR sourcing and recruiting techniques.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- At least a high school degree.
- At least 2 years experience working in a HR related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish
