What You’ll Do
- Run daily office operations, manage supplies, facilities, and communications
- Support basic financial tracking, invoice processing, and budgets
- Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and benefits
- Manage CRM updates, lead intake, marketing campaigns, client reviews, and social media support
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, events, and small company or client gatherings
- Document and improve office processes, helping the team work smarter
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in office administration or management
- Comfortable with AI tools and automation to improve efficiency
- Systems-driven, organized, and proactive
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; strong written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset and interest in improving workflows
- Construction/renovation experience a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools and email marketing software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial management processes is a plus.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Office Management: 5 years (Preferred)
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
