Position Summary
As a Server at Dominion, you are the face of the guest experience. You’ll provide exceptional service by creating a friendly, engaging, and memorable atmosphere for every guest — from intimate dinners to lively gatherings in the beer garden. Ideal candidates are personable, professional, knowledgeable about food and beverage, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with warmth and enthusiasm
- Guide guests through the menu, offering thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take orders and coordinate seamlessly with the bar and kitchen teams
- Ensure all dishes and drinks are delivered promptly and presented properly
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with grace and professionalism
- Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and organization in your section
- Uphold Dominion’s service standards and guest experience expectations
- Participate in menu and beverage training to maintain a deep knowledge of offerings
- Support teammates and foster a positive, team-driven environment
Qualifications
- 1+ year of serving experience in a full-service or upscale casual restaurant preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge a plus (training provided)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must be at least 18 years of age
