Responsibilities
- Follow daily food prep and production procedures with precision
- Keep kitchen stations, walk-ins, and dry storage areas clean and organized
- Rotate inventory, check expiration dates, and report any issues to kitchen leadership
- Work efficiently during peak hours while supporting your team
- Maintain sanitation by cleaning equipment, utensils, and surfaces throughout the shift
- Label, store, and handle ingredients correctly
- Properly dispose of trash and keep sinks, floors, and work areas clean
- Shut down equipment and secure the kitchen at the end of each shift
- Handle last-minute requests and adapt to changing needs
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
- 1+ year experience in pizza making in a commercial kitchen
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus
