Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant provides data-entry and bookkeeping services by implementing administrative systems and monitoring administrative projects. Position reports to the Office Manager.
Administrative Assistant Job Duties:
· Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, preparing paperwork and copying for the Office Manager.
· Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, client order information, product information, memos and emails.
· Process customer and account order documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
· Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms as needed.
· Store completed documents in designated locations, check for completed work accuracy, verify data and correct data where necessary.
· Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
· Maintain office supplies for department
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Administrative Assistant Required Skills and Qualifications:
Quickbooks Experience Mandatory, Data Entry, Accounting and Bookkeeping, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, High Level Attention to Detail is a must, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Excellent Verbal Communication. ConnectWise experience a plus.
Mandatory experience using Quickbooks.
