We are seeking a motivated and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support with a focus on excellent service.
- Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, with a focus on clerical or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment is essential.
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge is beneficial; experience with QuickBooks is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
