Rate of Pay/Benefits
Internal Hire Hourly Rate: $36.26
External Hire Hourly Rate: $27.20
- CBA states new hires hourly rate will be calculated at 75% for the 12 months of employment.
Benefits Information
Our company offers a generous benefits package including 2 weeks’ vacation (accrued), 72 hours of sick leave (accrued), 3 personal leave days, and 11 paid holidays. This position is eligible for the Teamster’s Health & Welfare Trust which provides health, vision, and dental care as well as pension contributions to the Teamster’s Pension Trust.
