Warehouse Manager
Full-Time: $65,000–$80,000 per year based on experience

About the Company
We are a fast-growing company specializing in the production and distribution of bubble tea products. Our operation focuses on quality, efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead our warehouse and dispatch teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise warehouse and dispatching staff, including scheduling and daily task assignments
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with cGMP and food safety regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems, scanners, and Excel-based reports
- Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff, including forklift operations
- Serve as a forklift certified trainer and ensure safe equipment usage
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and management teams to support on-time deliveries
- Continuously improve warehouse efficiency, accuracy, and safety
Qualifications
- Proven, stable work experience in warehouse management
- Strong computer skills, including ERP systems, Excel, and spreadsheets
- Experience with inventory management, preferably in food wholesale, beverage, or related industries
- cGMP warehouse management experience required
- Scanner and warehouse management system experience
- Ability to manage and schedule warehouse and dispatch teams effectively
- Forklift certification required; forklift trainer certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluent in English (required); bilingual in Chinese/Mandarin is a plus
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
