Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation by chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling ingredients according to menu specifications

- Follow all food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
- Support kitchen operations during meal service, ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and utensils throughout shifts
- Help with inventory management by receiving deliveries and organizing supplies
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, productive kitchen environment
Requirements
- Experience in food industry settings such as restaurants or catering is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Culinary experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and cooking techniques
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food preparation methods
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
