We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, relaying lab results, and conducting basic lab tests.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Support the providers by assisting with patient assessments and follow-up care.
- Assist in managing patient flow within the office environment.
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy to effectively assist in various medical procedures.
- Provide care for diverse patients understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Participate in medical-surgical procedures as directed by supervising physicians.
Skills
- Proficiency in ultrasound procedures is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of ob-gyn medicine practices and protocols.
- Comprehensive knowledge of human anatomy to assist effectively in clinical tasks.
- Excellent patient service skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
- Ability to work efficiently in medical settings, responding quickly to urgent needs.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in providing patient care across various settings.
