Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our design team in delivering exceptional results for our clients. The successful candidate will assist with project documentation, data entry, and client interactions, playing a vital role in our company’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to both design teams, including design take-ons, proposal preparation and possibly presentations
Utilize QuickBooks for accurate project documentation and contract management
Assist clients with countertop and finish selections, ensuring exceptional customer service
Maintain organized and up-to-date project files
Support the design team with day-to-day tasks to ensure seamless project execution

Qualifications:

Proficiency in QuickBooks and familiarity with construction industry processes
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly rate of $20 - $22
