We are a well-established full-service business development and management firm serving our local Maryland community. We are currently seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Administrative Recruiting Assistant.

As an Entry Level Administrative Recruiting Assistant, you will support our recruiting and human resources functions, while also providing front office reception and administrative assistance. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for candidates and visitors and helping to maintain efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain internal recruiting reports daily.
Coordinate interview scheduling and send reminders to candidates.
Greet and check-in applicants, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate team members.
Make outbound calls to prospective candidates to schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Support efforts to improve candidate retention through positive communication and professionalism.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude, energetic, and able to work well within a team environment.
Self-motivated, punctual, detail-oriented, and organized.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook or similar computer applications.
Comfortable engaging with candidates and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $975.00 per week
