Outdoor Sales Associate
Pay: Starting at $15/hour
Role Overview:
Work outdoors caring for plants, assisting customers, and helping create beautiful seasonal displays. Perfect for anyone who enjoys gardening, customer service, and staying active.
Key Responsibilities:
- Water, prune, and maintain plants to ensure quality and health
- Assist customers with plant selection, care tips, and product questions
- Stock, organize, and merchandise outdoor products and displays
- Maintain a clean and attractive outdoor sales area
- Assist with unloading plant deliveries and seasonal inventory
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Interest in plants, gardening, or horticulture (experience a plus)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable and available to work weekends during peak season
