Job Summary
We are seeking a bilingual, motivated, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for writing proposals, maintaingin office files, assisting with accounting duties, and assist with communication with clients via phone or email.

Responsibilities

Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and clerical tasks.
Support accounting functions using QuickBooks for invoicing and record-keeping.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files to ensure easy access to information.
Coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
Provide administrative support to other team members as required.
Ensure a clean and organized office environment.

Qualifications

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred, not required
Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail.
Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
