Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and Program Specialists.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, community partners, and vendors.
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare meeting materials.
Assist with application processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate case files.
Draft correspondence, reports, and internal communications.
Support client intake by collecting and organizing required documentation.
Track payments, invoices, and assist with light financial reporting as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
At least 1 year of administrative, office, or customer service experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database use.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
