Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and have a strong background in office management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses with excellent phone etiquette.
Maintain organized filing systems and assist with data entry and clerical tasks.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks and financial tracking.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Conduct proofreading and transcription of various documents to ensure accuracy.
Assist with project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, providing exceptional customer service to visitors and clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative role with relevant experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
Experience in event planning, project coordination, and office management is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism.
