Grand Central DC is building one of the best sports bar atmospheres in the city — home base for Bills Mafia and a destination for passionate sports fans. We’re looking for an energetic bartender who loves the game, thrives in a lively crowd, and wants to be part of a tight, motivated team.
What You’ll Do:
- Craft high-quality cocktails and fast, consistent game-day drinks
- Bring great energy during Bills games, NFL Sundays, and major sports moments
- Maintain clean, organized bar service across multi-floor venue
- Provide friendly, upbeat customer service to regulars and new fans alike
- Assist with promos, specials, and occasional themed events
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Strong bartending experience and fast pace behind the bar
- You’re a sports lover — NFL, NHL, NBA, NCAA, ANY team (Bills fans are a big plus!)
- Reliable, team-oriented, punctual, and able to handle high-volume events
- Comfortable with game-day crowds and engaging fans
- Positive attitude + willingness to learn our Grand Central way
