Position Overview
We are seeking an expert bartender with exceptional knowledge of Single-Malt Scotch, vintage Champagne, and elevated cocktail service. This role demands a refined palate, deep product expertise, and the ability to deliver an unparalleled guest experience in a sophisticated setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate and serve premium Scotch and Champagne selections with precision and passion.
- Craft classic and innovative cocktails that highlight our spirits program.
- Educate guests on tasting notes, regions, and pairings for Scotch and Champagne.
- Maintain an atmosphere of elegance and hospitality aligned with our brand ethos.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to pair beverages with small plates.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-end bartending experience in luxury or fine dining environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Single-Malt Scotch regions and vintage Champagne houses.
- Strong mixology skills and familiarity with classic cocktail techniques.
- Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities.
- Professional demeanor and commitment to exceptional service.
