Skills and Responsibilities
- Full knowledge of service standards, menu offerrings, and recovery strategies.
- Provide a seamless service experience ensuring a thorough, timely, and satisfying experience for each and every customer serviced.
- Selt starter with the intention of being productive during their entire shift.
- Capable of utilizing our Jonas dining software to accurately enter orders as taken.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work areas, including clearing and sanitizing surfaces.
- Willing to work with a team of similar minded service staff focused on delivering exceptional service time after time.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold health and safety standards by adhering to food handling regulations and maintaining a clean work environment.
