Job Summary
We are inviting highly skilled professional service candidates to join our dynamic service team. The ideal candidates will instill a passion for hospitality plus the desire to routinely provide "Reach Beyond the Stars" Service. Reach Beyond the Stars references exceeding expectations and going above and beyond on a regular basis. Qualified candidates only should apply.

We are hiring both lunch and dinner service staff and offer a premium compensation package to full-time staff which includes highly competitive pay, health, dental, and eye insurance, meals while on duty, continuing education opportunities, positive work culture encompassing a "team" orientated approach.

Skills and Responsibilities

Full knowledge of service standards, menu offerrings, and recovery strategies.
Provide a seamless service experience ensuring a thorough, timely, and satisfying experience for each and every customer serviced.
Selt starter with the intention of being productive during their entire shift.
Capable of utilizing our Jonas dining software to accurately enter orders as taken.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work areas, including clearing and sanitizing surfaces.
Willing to work with a team of similar minded service staff focused on delivering exceptional service time after time.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
Uphold health and safety standards by adhering to food handling regulations and maintaining a clean work environment.
