Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented RIA Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firm, ensuring smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help maintain efficient office workflows, enhance client interactions, and support the overall success of our advisory services.

Responsibilities

Oversee and maintain adherence to the firm’s regulatory compliance program
Assist with daily business operations and administrative tasks
Maintain and organize client files, documents, and records through meticulous filing and data entry
Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls efficiently
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries via phone or email
Perform clerical duties such as managing office supplies, and supporting general office management tasks

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in financial services
Familiarity with compliance and brokerage operations preferred

Required Skills

Understanding of financial regulations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Background in the financial services industry

Preferred Skills

Experience with compliance software
Knowledge of RIA compliance requirements and Form ADV
Familiarity with Comply (RIA in a Box) or similar platforms
